This was alright. It tasted like beef stroganoff-vibe. Noah liked this, but it wasn’t my favorite.

This was pretty good! I had to add more salt, but other than that, it was really good. I used orzo pasta since it was cheaper. This is a super quick meal as well, so we’ll definitely be having this again.

This was really good. I used Rotel instead of salsa this time, and we had half of an onion and a jalapeno, so I diced those up and threw them in as well. I used more than the recommended amount of beef stock since we had more on hand, and I simmered the potato, beef, and vegetable mixture for about 25 minutes rather than 10-15 to ensure the potatoes were cooked. Again, I added a lot of Mexican flavors/seasonings and it complimented it well. I baked it with the cheese for about 10 minutes and broiled for two and it was great. We adjusted the measurements for 4 servings for 1 pound of ground beef and it was perfect. Will definitely be making this more frequently!

We made this again last night, and it was pretty good! Cook everything in the non-stick 5-in-1 Ninja pot. I used about half a quart of heavy cream and half to 3/4 of a quart of chicken broth, and it was perfect for 4 servings. I seasoned the chicken with the spices mentioned, along with Tony's creole seasoning and just a bit of cayenne. Next time, I want to try stewed tomatoes instead of the sundried tomatoes for a more consistent tomato flavor throughout the soup. I used 3 russet potatoes and it was perfect. Cook the potatoes longer than you think though. I think I also added some tomato paste for more flavor, and it worked great.

Noah and I loved this meal. We had chicken breasts rather than thighs, so I seared them rather than baking them. I butterflied the breats and seasoned them with onion powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, rosemary, and lemon pepper seasoning. After I rubbed that in, I put the Dijon mustard all over both sides. I seared them, cut them into strips, and then put them back into the pan with some minced garlic and maple syrup. Not necessary, but I think it made it tastier. I put the leftover seasonings from the cutting board into another pan with steamed carrots and more maple syrup and let that cook for a little bit. I also cooked a cup and a half (dry) rice. I accidentally over cooked the rice, and Noah said he would have liked if the carrots were bit crunchier, but I thought they were the perfect texture. The only thing I would have changed is more salt on the carrots and maybe teriyaki sauce in the rice. Overall, we really like this meal. Noah gave it a 9/10 because of the carrots.
