We both really liked this soup. I didn't have sage, a bay leaf, or balsamic vinegar, and we're not the biggest fans of kale, so I didn't add any of that. I feel like I could have added more salt, but it was still very tasty. I served this topped with parmesan shavings, a salad, and a few pieces of garlic bread. It made plenty, with Noah and I having enough for lunch the next day. Will definitely keep on making this!
These were DELICIOUS! I kind of just eyeballed ingredients for the sauce, and I used apple cider vinegar instead of red wine vinegar and it worked fine. I served these with fries and corn on the cob. I didn't bake them and did them in the air fryer instead, but we set off the smoke alarm like at least six times. Next time I would try baking it, and definitely just buying the chicken wingettes from Dillons instead of separating my own. Also, this might be good served with white rice instead of fries. Noah gave this a 9.5/10, only because the fries were a bit soggy after the smoke alarm fiasco.
