48 servings (smallest measure 1 t; makes 8 lbs sausage) of seasoning fits in an 8oz mason jar. 144 servings (smallest measure 1 T; makes 24 lbs sausage) may fit in a 16 oz mason jar but definitely a 32 ounce.

Don’t forget the oil in the chicken marinade!
Slice the onion and chicken before starting the recipe. If you’re diligent, everything else can be done during the cook time. Tzatziki can be made last.
