Made two batches, one with Milk Chocolate and another with Dark Chocolate. Packing down the graham cracker mixture is important. I could have done a better job. Over all, the taste is good, similar to a Butterfinger. I am considering adding a third layer swapping out the graham crackers for chocolate wafers. I'd them start with the chocolate wafer layer, then the peanut butter layer then the chocolate layer.
I ignored the BBQ sauce part of the recipe as it seemed a bit simple and bland. Instead I used a doctored Baby Rays sauce I usually make for things like this. I also added paprika, Aleppo pepper and some chopped chorizo to the meat mixture and added small potatoes for the final cook.
