Overcooked the chicken. Worried about under cooking the potatoes so I put those in 10mins early. Cooked for 25 mins then broiled for 5. That was too long. Dry chicken. Use meat thermometer next time.

Added green pepper. 3lbs of potatoes. 1.6lb chicken. Whole onion

Mixed everything in the same bowl. About 1.6lbs of chicken. 1 large carrot was too much. About 1.5 celery sticks

Made half the serving. Replaced cloves with blueberries. I like it a lot more. Honestly could have added more blueberries.
