My first ever attempt at making a lemon drizzle cake, never mind a vegan one and omg it was delicious! It adds zest to the top as well and everyone loved it. So soft and nice and lemony. I dont know if id make the icing a bit thicker next time as honestly was great as it was .
I cooked them for the full 15 mins, but next time id probably leave them in slightly longer for a more golden colour. But best ones ive made yet. Think made mine slightly bigger as recipe says 12 and i got 8 and a half Have used my own photo in main pic (top) for the recipe as for some reason , the one with the recipe wouldn't upload .
I used rice noodles in my soup and loved it ! I did accidentally add too much thyme and I only had one large carrot , but I needed some comfort food today and this did the trick just fine. (Alongside my homemade bread)
