Only thing id recommend is making you sure you have a thermometer that actually works! My 1st time ever making a jam and it went a little bit awry due to me not realising sooner that it was obvs faulty! It was only meant to cook for 20mins, to the temp stated, an hour later im still waiting as thermometer hadn't moved past 200 🤣 still tastes good though
Found this recipe online, so made it tonight and def worth the effort , the flavours were amazing. May just be my new favourite dish. Next time I wouldn't press the tofu as the cornstarch needs something to stick to . Another winner in our house.
