Freezing the dough is easy. You can freeze it in balls as shown here, or you can flatten it in a gallon freezer bag & freeze it that way. You can cook right from frozen by using 2 tbsp of dough, rolling into balls & baking at 325° for 18-22 minutes, or until done. No thawing needed.
