Disaster in the process, mediocre at the end. Used too many substitutes and overcooked the chicken (as per the instructions). Paired really well with naan.
Used a different pan when adding the cream, broth, etc. This is a good recipe when cooking for many! The ranch flavor really came through, will make again!
