My daughter wanted Taco Burgers—- but I call these Cheesy Taco Joes. Make a pound of taco meat and melt a cup of cheese.
Optional additions- beans, onions, etc- favorite taco additions

The crust bottoms were browned, but still soft. Needs more browning.

Baked for about 15 total minutes on a baking steel alternating with a baking stone until the cheese on top became golden brown.

Very good! Definitely taste test after you mix everything together to ensure it’s chipotle-y enough. Otherwise it’s just regular ‘ol fried chicken cheese balls.
