Followed this a little loosely on account of my inability to read. I followed everything in the instructions up to the sauce, in which I added cheese too early (pepper jack) and forgot to pan roast the garlic before adding the milk (which was almond milk because I forgot I took milk on the grocery list, forgetting it was specifically for this recipe). Also, I thought I had nutmeg - I don't! Added store bought gluten free panko bread crumbs to top it off. All in all, it was very good! Added too much thyme but it was still tasty. Will be making again.
