Soooo good with the poblano peppers roasted first! Although a total pain in the ass, since you have to peel the outside skin off after roasting and de-seed it and take out the inner white ribs. Worth it though :)
Loved it! The multiple textures were awesome, and it had lots of different interesting flavors that worked well. I made this mini version, but I should have followed the recipe measurements and had a regular sized bowl. :)
Delicious! Absolutely making again. Tweaked the recipe so it’s perfect now. Went with the espresso shots over brewed coffee, so I could make it a pretty thick drink.
