No dill on hand, subbed an equal amount dry parsley and added about a teaspoon of dried oregano. Used feta crumbles to no adverse effect! Subbed mostly yogurt and a little Mexican style sour cream (what I had left) for the sour cream called for.
Doubled the recipe. Did the additional 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for richness, 4 tsp vanilla extract while it was cooking (homemade extract so needed to cook off alcohol), and 2 tsp salt.
No graham crackers on hand so I used a package of chocolate dipped Schar cookies instead (similar weight to quantity of graham cracker crumbs). I like the graham crackers better but this worked nicely!
