Always tasty! If splitting between two pans, set timer for 15 to 20 min

This recipe is whack. It was taken from Instagram, so who knows how it was written, but my god. Ingredients are missing, the ratios are insane, and steps are also missing.
6 tbsp of harissa is insane. I did 3 and it was fucking SPICY. I would start with 2 and see how that goes. Secondly, only 10 minutes to simmer 16 oz of liquid? I turned the stove to high to boil off the extra liquid and finally make it thick enough that I could drag my spoon through. Finally, the ingredients for a gremolade are not listed, so I just topped my beans with chiffonaded mint and some crushed/finely chopped pistachios. Also, halve the sugar if you want it a bit less sweet. There's no need to save 1/3 of the butter garlic mixture as the instructions never tell you to add it back, and 4 tbsp of fat in the beginning is nuts. 2 tbsp absolutely sufficed.

Great way to eat sausage without as many calories! I love saurkraut, and this is getting pretty close to that. The ratio is 1 egg to 2 cups of cabbage, and I found it worked best and held together when I cooked it in a waffle iron!

Super customizable and delicious. I'm a big fan of the cheap, sushi-like recipes!

This recipe desperately needs some acid, some brightness. I should have thought about it at the time, but I wanted to make it mostly as is to see how it went. Here's the modifications I would make:
- add the juice of 1 lemon to the dressing
- add a sprinkle of dill or oregano to the dressing
- if you can, add some crumbled feta, halved cherry tomatoes, and ideally, some cucumber. However, I recognize that this is kind of a staple recipe so it would only use ingredients you already had on hand.
- if using black beans, use green olives. If using kalamata, stick to chickpeas and cannelini or something because otherwise the whole thing looks rather dark and not that appetizing.
