Super tasty! I liked how filling and healthy this is. I used 2 cans of cannelini beans, 8 oz fresh spinach instead of frozen, as much shrimp stock as I had instead of veggie, and plain yogurt instead of milk. Plus more miso paste. End result had the nice lemon flavor and fresh basil goes a LONG way. Great to serve with some crusty bread!

This dish feels so healthy and is yet insanely simple and fast to make. Seriously, I should have started my rice first (recipe updated to note this) and then started cooking because DANG. The blistered green beans are amazing and the best way to cook them. You could eat them plain and pump your fist after. This is a must eat!

As expected, this stew COOKS. It's made of super simple ingredients and the flavors go together beautifully. It is extremely simple to make, and you can make the malawah while the stew simmers! I did add in the peppers to the stew 5-8 minutes early with the lid on so they cooked a bit more. Although a bit messy to eat (I also am on CICO so I'm not being generous with the malawah), it's worth it! You could skip the malawah and eat this with a spoon, but what is the fun in that?

Super quick and easy to make, and healthy! I didn't have leeks or green onion, so I just used a full onion and I only had some fresh spinach, so I used up some frozen spinach. It tasted better than I anticipated (the frozen spinach I had is not the highest quality and can taste really metallic) given the ingredients I used, and I also cheated a bit with the butter.
A must have is bread to dip into it!

I was fighting for MY LIFE with this bread. The rising/proofing temperatures are just not enough, I think. The dough was SO soft and did not come together to form a ball in any way. I followed the instructions - 6-8 minutes on high, proof for 45 minutes, then another 45 minutes after forming. I found a recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction that I would like to try. I either did not get the measurements/weight correct or the times were off or SOMETHING because this did not come together in the way I wanted it to. I will try again with another recipe because this ended up tasting good, but boy howdy it did not go well during the process.
