I made a variation of this. This recipe I doubled. I thought my partner wouldn’t like as much honey so I did 113g of honey 113g of sugar. I think I want to see how it turns out with 226g of honey, and see if it’s a little less salty.
I also baked for 30 min longer and the center 3 pieces were still raw despite coming out clean on the toothpick. However LOVED how moist the cornbread was! It was so soft, and not dry in the slightest. It was great!
I seasoned the chicken breast prior to dipping it into the seasoned flour. salt, white pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, italian seasoning, pepper flakes.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning to help marinate the chicken. I think paprika would be good and chili flakes too (as long as you have people who like spice)
