Very nice, will use cubed mozarella next time, and less pesto. If you use to much pesto its overpowering the other ingredients. Did roast the pistachios, wich was very tasty.

Zeer smaakvol, en voor mij niet te pittig. De gebakken aubergine erdoor is een lekkere zoete rokerige toets.

Very tasty, made my own corn tortillas, and bean and corn salad on the side. Will make again🥰

A bit bland, but will make this again. Will use pimenton picante instead of paprikapowder or some roze harissa. And some more pepper and salt. Used lambsmince wich was very nice.

Put in a bit extra peanutbutter, but is now a go-to! Love it! Put in ramen instead of Udon.
