Made this. I like the filling. Next time drain the juices before adding the sauce. I used raddicio but I think baby gems may have been a better choice. Might be nice with some fresh cilantro or mint on top. A little bit sweet for my liking. May try a different recipe next time. Liked the crunch of the water chesnuts

Made again. Didn't have sun dried tomatoes so I used 1 cup cherry tomatoes. It was good but could use more boulion. used veggie boulion. For veg, i used baby red kale which was a great choice.

The vegan sauce was perfect. My main issue was that it burned when broiled for 4 mins so I recommend watching very closely.

Made in IP. Turned out great. Added some chopped carrots and peas. Used jarred sauce instead of canned. Would like to try. with less fat.

Really tasty. Felt like the the apple portion could have been more. I would double the apple filling! Maybe even triple. Used a 9x13 pan which i think was a bit big but with double the apples would be perfect
