Very tasty. Added the spices, then raw chicken. Added nutritional yeast the the blended beans too. Haven't even added the yogurt, cilantro, or line and it's already amazing.
I used 1.5 cups of red sauce i had already that had lentils and spinach in it. Needed two heads of cabbage and used half of each. I think it may have been easier to peel the cabbage first then boil. I think I prefer smaller rolls so next time will use half a large leaf each. When I put it in the casserole I think it needed more liquid so I added estimation of 2 cups of chicken broth over it and I think that turned out really well. I'd say it made 6 servings.
Turned out even better this time. Used an orange plus a tangerine. Used half an orange for the juice at the end because it was super juicy. Cooked for 43 mins and the center two pieces were a touch underdone.
Made it. Used green and red lentils. Green lentils have a bite. For the pasta used goodles and banaza. And added some steamed spinach to the pasta mix. Overall good. Froze two portions (2 cup portions) and will try to bake them and see how those turn out.
