Used half fake sugar. baked a bit too long (50 mins) and was a bit burnt. Need to do better job drying blueberries and mixing cornstarch.

Need to salt steaks well evne with marinade; I didn't add enough salt. Carmelized onions took forever but worth it. Used goat cheese. Try to remember to put it on whilst steaks hot

1+ tsp of salt for 3 russetts. yummy, but should find a healthier recipe that includes skins

edited recipe to reflect 1 tsp salt in polenta. used called for amount of liquid, but a little over a cup of polenta. should stick to just one cup polenta; it solidified too much after sitting
