Made Thanksgiving 2025. 5 stars. Added some extra cheese on top. Puff pastry took about 45 minutes to defrost at room temp; take out before starting onions and timing works out nicely. Can put hot onions in freezer for 5-10 mins to cool quickly

Need about 4 lbs sweet potato (5-6 medium potatoes) to get 4 cups mashed. Google/AI says 2 pounds for 4 cups but it's not enough. Best potato preparation is to bake the whole potato (wash/scrub and puncture with fork first) on foil at 400 degrees for 50ish minutes for medium sized potatoes. Good to do prep/mash early on Thansgiving day to conserve oven time for hot items later

6/11/25 4.5 stars. Needed more taco seasoning but otherwise great! Served w sour cream, fresh tomato and chopped lettuce. Could add more bell pepper

4/18/25 4 stars. batter a little thin, lemon taste could be stronger. would use zest of 1.5-2 lemons next time and 1.5 c blueberries

4/15/25 5 stars. cooked two medium-large for 20 mins plus slow release 10 mins, could have done 25 mins. served w garlic butter (3 tbs butter, 4 cloves garlic; 2 crushed, 2 from garlic press) + squeeze of lemon
