First attempt: 170c convection for 25 total minutes (turned the baking tin halfway through). Sprinkled chonky sugar on the top right after removing from the oven. PRETTY GOOD! Not very sweet at all. Calories: 240 kcal (8 slices) Protein: 6.55g Carbs: 12.08g Fat: 20.51g Next time: Maybe use poppyseeds and cupcake tray to make poppyseed muffins?? Tried to make as muffins: Bumped the tray when turning in the oven and they flattened. Also, 20 total minutes was too long (or should’ve tented with foil at 10mins)
