A PERFECT dupe for the Cava garlic dressing! Had it with rice and veg, then again with enchiladas. I just threw everything in the blender- didn’t slowly add oil as the recipe says, and it turned out fabulous anyway 😎
Tasted amazing and you seriously can’t taste the beets AT ALL. Used leftover unwanted fresh beets. 35 mins in my 4-miniloaf stoneware pan. The neighbors loved them!
Did mini loaves in the 4-loaf pan and cooked from a cold oven for the full 50. Turned out PERFECT. Gave as gifts and they were a huge hit. Used frozen blues and fresh lemon, no icing
