Added pinches of cardamom, nutmeg, and za’atar (tbh I would just use za’atar and half or less the other lemon stuff next time). My love for adding relevant spices created a very acidic soup which required some doctoring, so that was a fun time for me. 👩🏼🔬 Turned out delightful served over basmati rice with saved chickpeas and Greek yogurt. I also saved about half of the herbs to put on top, no mint cuz once I had bad mint I couldn’t go back. I’ll perfect my version of this to make again.
