I used 200g tub of fizzy humous, 100g flour and sunflower seeds and feta in oil from a leftover M&S salad instead of chives. It might have been too much flour as it struggled to pull together. I sprayed the tray with oil and I gave the scones a milk wash. Ended up taking 20mins to brown and the last 5mins I turned it up to GM9
Par boiled veg. I think I would add more honey to make them toffee like/ sweeter. T says less vinegar or red wine instead of balsamic. I’d also go less heavy on the herbs as they go quite woody. We cooked for about 1hr having turned heat upto GM 9 for the last 30 and moved them to top shelf where the ends burnt. So maybe longer at lower with more recoating.
