Yum!! They didn’t have chives at the store so I did some green onions. Threw in some corn on a whim ($.33 a cob!!) that I had boiled and cut off the cob and it was prob my fav part of the whole thing! Made it for a cookout at the mansion
This one’s becoming a classic! I like the method for the tofu and I’ve been doing it a lot with different spices to throw on whatever else I’m making (esp on pasta/noodles)
B E I G E D I N N E R! I had these fun noodles so I used those instead of udon. I also swapped coconut milk for silken tofu bc I was originally planning to make a recipe w silken tofu but alas we pivot. And I thinly chopped some cabbage and roasted that too and threw it in. Wouldn’t really be me if I weren’t substituting left and right.
Delish! Made this after seeing it on Maddi’s cooked and it was indeed yummy and quick and easy. Would consider using tofu next time and grating/crumbling it, baking it for a while, then adding the sauce and baking a bit longer.
Not bad but a little bitter somehow. Helps to put it in yogurt with honey. I’m looking for a replacement bc I can’t find the chocolate coffee granola at Trader Joe’s anymore and it was my fav
