Pretty solid. I substituted "better than bullion" beef bullion and tomato paste rather than tomato powder. Still turned out pretty good.

Been looking forward to make this clone recipe since I had the real one at an anime con in Arizona called "UwUcon."
Made 1 serving worth per the listed ingredients list.
In the marinade I added a tablespoon of bourbon. Ran the marinade too long, probably should have been no more than an hour.
Used "toast bread" from a local Asian market and the butteryness of it overpowered the meat despite onions and garlic from the marinade being cooked alongside it. Definitely use milk bread if possible. But the slices I used were too small (size plus thickness) and out of half a pound of marinaded beef I have 4 sandwiches potentially. The bread will 100% determine how much of the meat is used.

I added some cubed portobello mushrooms.
Set the beef in at 1 pound chunks. May have been better to add them in to the crockpot as 10 meatballs? Worth looking into. The flavor for this one is 100% there but it felt like the cheese sauce curdled with the acidity that was there with the rest of the meal (tomato sauce and turkey pepperonis in particular). Definitely need some minor refinements.

Easy to cook. Thought that the mayo amount was a but low and added more... to find out that it was that amount for a reason. When pressed it leaked mayo-tuna liquid all over my counter. There is some opportunity for some kind of hot sauce or spice seasonings to make it a spicy tuna. Easily repeatable.

I didn't quite get it to turn out the way I wanted. For some reason the sauce wouldn't reduce and stick to the sauce, it may have been because of the fat content of the meat. May need to drain first before adding sauces going forward. Did improvise using about a tablespoon of flour to get it to stick. Also improvised using cooking sherry instead of xhaoshing wine as that's what I had on hand. Still appeared to work out fine.
Broke the yolk on the egg, but that's unrelated to the rest of the cook.
