Made up this recipe to satisfy a bread craving. I wanted a high fiber protein alternative to store bought. Needs a little tweaking. Maybe lower temp and increase cook time so the middle isn't so doughy when complete. I'd also add a little more seasoning. Overall it is a tasty recipe
I just can't seem to follow a recipe! Well to be fair, this one is pretty fluid. I measured with me heart and used broth to make my protein Greek yogurt into a cream. I used Kale because I don't like spinach and voila! Delicioso! I won't be eating this over rice or quinoa but with a pat of cornbread. Yummy 😋
OMG this was heaven 😍. I absolutely loved this with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and layered with some nuttrail granola. I was so sad when I ate the last of it.
Tasted pretty good. I don't know if the brand of shell is used was the best, but it got really soggy instead of crunchy. I might opt for a corn tortilla next time instead and just keep the carbs.
