We used mixed size eggs and had to add two extra egg whites to get the mix sticky enough, but once we did that they formed beautifully and taste delicious.
Original quantities made too much filling and topping so I have edited the ingredients here. The topping came out too soft so I have removed the 75ml milk, and would probably add some cornflour/ Sahnesteif to get it to hold better next time. Overall very rich.
Emma made flapjacks with additional seeds, cinnamon and allspice, but left them in the oven 6 minutes longer than planned - so we smothered them with chocolate to stop them falling apart as they cooled! Looking tasty so far 😋
