Delicious! I had to substitute a few things for what was in my fridge/freezer. Used walleye for the fish and added some crushed seasoned brawn shells leftover from another recipe. Also added some vegetable bouillon cubes because I have a cold and need the nutrition. But I think I will add more curry spice next time because I love a lot of that flavour.
This recipe worked out really well! I used glutinous rice flour as the replacement to good effect. I got about 6 to 8 bowls of stew depending upon serving size. I think this would do well as a standalone or served with rice or fusilli. I recommend shelling the prawns after cooking and baking the shells to crush and use as an ingredient in another meal. Shared this meal with some friends and we watched the movie while eating, and got to the end of our bowls as the dish’s featured scene was taking place.
