Quadrupled the recipe, but was enough for 4 people with no leftovers! Used all of the 1lb box of pasta. Added more butter after removing the shrimp. Add a little more salt next time. Didn’t end up using the pasta water. Didn’t follow the measurements for the garlic, measured with my heart!
I let the spices marinate in the shrimp for about 30min to an hour. Used half of each cabbage for 6. I did not use the minced jalapeño on the cabbage… Family enjoyed it, will make again.
