Im away from home and forgot my rice cooker so I made this in the stove instead. It turned out OK. I kind if burned the bottom. Other than the burnt taste, the crispy rice was a nice edition. I would add a few more seasonings to give it some extra flavor. Its not too bad. Im going to eat it.

MMM MMM GOOD! These were delicious. I only needed to use one piece of rice paper. When I tried to do it as directed, I ended up with a sticky mess!! I do meal prep so this is a snack/dinner for the week. Glad I chose this simple and yummy dish 😋

This turned out pretty good. I opted for these smaller springforms instead of a traditional bundt. There was a small amount of subtle foreshadowing as my pans leaked a little so they were a little difficult to unpan. It was spongy with subtle sweetness. Its hard to see in the picture but the honeycomb pattern was beautiful. Gave me a little tryptophobia but it looked like the picture. I used pandan, not ube. I might try ube flavor next time. 7 out of 10 for this recipe 😋

This recipe has no measurements. I used 2 eggs (that's all I had) and some smoked sausage i got from Costco. I used chili crisp as my accouterments because I don't use chili oil. I poured low sodium soy sauce until the rice was a little brown in color. I used banana ketchup because that was all I had, but it worked well. This was a quick and delicious dish 😋

This turned out lovely. It tasted good both warm and not so warm. I didn't use the amount of salt called for in the recipe. I used salted butter rather than unsalted and i felt like that was more than enough. The miso was salty and the corn had a little salt so no additional was needed, imo. I think it would have been delicious with some condensed milk poured over rather than the extra butter and honey. Maybe even some evaporated milk or coconut milk would have worked as well. Not bad, I'd try again.
