Made this for breakfast. I had chili crisp not chili oil so I added a little butter to the pan. I didn't have scallions so I just added a little onion salt. I used salmon furikake to top it off. Deliciously crispy! Yummy breakfast. Didn't really miss the scallions.

I made this again and it was so much better!!! I made a few adjustments based on ingredients available and I made some additions. I only had firm tofu which just means I had to add some liquid once blended so it wouldn't be so thick. I just poured the coconut milk until it was the consistency I wanted. I also added some toasted coconut 😋. This time I used like 6 full Hershey slightly sweet dark chocolate bars and put just enough coconut milk to make it silky smooth and spread enough to cover the tops of the full ramkekins. Let me tell you, this was it! I will be making this again and again. Yummy!

Delicious 😋 I used the traditional walnuts rather than pecans because that's what I had available. I wanted to use all my bananas, so I used 4 instead of 3, so I had to add a bit to the measurements. It turned out perfectly cooked at 50 mins in those 3 little 4 x 6 pans (I think that's what size they were 🤷🏾♀️). This recipe is a keeper.

These were delicious. But honestly, how can you go wrong with flapjacks!?! I overestimated the amount of cottage cheese I needed to blend, so I increased the recipe by about 1/4. I did not use cinnamon, but I used cinnamon bun protein shake to thin out the batter a bit. It was still a little thick, which resulted in pancakes that were a little dense, but they still tasted light and fluffy. Since I cooked it in butter, I didn't add any to the top. I drizzled it in a strawberry balsamic with a bit of honey for a delicious finish! Give it a try, you'll love it, and you'll add some protein to your breakfast!

This surprised me! It was delicious! I think I will add a little sweetener to the chocolate next time or use a less dark chocolate because it wasn't as sweet as I would like it. OMG, this makes the perfect protein filled dessert or snack or breakfast. Just add granola for added crunch or fiber! Chef's kiss 10 out of 10!
