Didn’t have leeks but otherwise made pretty much as the recipe calls for adding the curry powder as well as some orzo with the chicken. Delicious! Would recommend waiting to add the orzo, after the chicken cooks for 10min. Would also be great poured over a bowl of rice!

Made quite a few pies and gallettes

Made some mini apple pies (three not pictured as they were quickly devoured a la mode)
