Made in cupcake form with cocoa, chocolate chips, cinnamon and ginger

Used up violife cream cheese with an approximation of this recipe - makes tasty what otherwise would have been discarded because of the strange texture
I used a tub of violife, half an onion, a good tablespoon of cornichons, a good spoonful of paprika, a spoonful of caraway seeds, mustard, a sun-dried tomato, a spoonful of capers, a sprig of fresh rosemary, some salt, pepper, allspice, jalapeno juice, a touch of chili oil and sriracha sauce to taste
